DIÁLOGO I

 MEETING BY CHANCE!

Helena lives in Germany and she is in her hometown right now. She meets her friend Marina by chance and  introduces her husband Robin to her.

Helena:  Oi, Helena, tudo bem? Este é o Robin!                    Hi, Helena, how are you? This is Robin.

Marina: Oi, Robin, muito prazer! or: Oi, Robin, tudo bem? Hi, Robin. nice to meet you! Are you fine?

Robin:    Muito prazer! or: Tudo bem.                                   Nice to meet you! or: I'm fine!

Marina:  Quando você (cê) chegou?                                     When did you arrive?

Robin:     Cheguei ontem.                                                      I arrived yesterday.

Marina:   Quanto tempo vai ficar?                                        How long are you staying?

Robin:      Helena, quanto tempo vamos ficar no Brasil?      Helena  how long are we staying in Brazil?

Helena:    Cinco meses.                                                         Five months.

Marina:   Que bom! Vão aproveitar bastante!                      Very good! You are gonna enjoy a lot!

Robin:      Sim, muito!                                                           Yes, a lot!

Marina:    Helena, você consegue falar alemão bem?           Helena, can you speak German well?

Helena:    Ja! Mein Deutsch ist sehr gut kkkkk/Meu alemão está muito bom! 

                 Não é, Robin?                                                        My German is very good? Isn't it, Robin?

Robin:    Sim está!                                                                 Yes, that´s right!                 

Marina:  E o seu Português, Robin?                                     And your Portuguese, Robin?

Robin:    Maravilhoso!                                                          Wonderful!

Marina:  Bom pessoal, tenho que ir!                                   Well people, I get to go!

                Robin, foi um prazer conhecê-lo!                         Robin, It was a pleasure meeting you!

                Aproveitem! Viajem bastante!                               Enjoy! Travel a lot!

                Helena, a gente se fala!                                         Helena, we keep in touch!

Helena:  Ok! Adorei te ver! Até...                                        I loved to see you! See ya...

Robin:   Foi um prazer te conhecer!                                    It was a pleasure meeting you!

              Helena, a gente se fala"                                          Helena, we keep in touch!

Helena:  Ok, tchau!                                                             Ok, bye!

Robin:   O prazer foi meu!                                                  My pleasure!
